Industrial energy demand is determined on the one hand by so-called cross-sectional technologies, which are often industry-independent, and on the other hand by specific core technologies, the heart of production. The “Environmentally friendly products and processes” department deals with a large number of plants and processes – with a focus on energy optimisation. A large number of test facilities and test rigs are available for this purpose.
